Aurum Presidential Suites is a luxury residential complex located in the heart of Bantry Bay in Cape Town, South Africa, which is divided into two residential buildings. The residences vary in size from 125 to 800 square metres. Lualdi has developed sliding systems, glass dividers, and custom-finish interior doors for both the eight units in the presidential building and the 15 units in the luxury building.
