Perched on a promontory overlooking Montenegro’s northern coastline, Dukley Residences is part of the prestigious Dukley Gardens and Residences development. Designed to offer maximum comfort and exclusive aesthetics, the project was developed by Serbian firm Projmetal, led by architect Misa Dimitrijevic. It includes apartments ranging from 60 to over 200 square meters, conceived for both year-round and seasonal use. The design emphasizes flexibility and durability, blending elegance with long-term functionality.

For this upscale residential complex, Lualdi provided custom door systems and architectural partitions designed to enhance interior quality while ensuring visual continuity.

• Soundproof entrance doors – Installed in all 32 apartments, these doors are crafted in natural or stained oak, available in multiple finishes to ensure acoustic comfort and refined aesthetics.
• Rasomuro 55s flush-to-the-wall swing doors – Integrated seamlessly within the apartment interiors, custom finished for minimal visual impact.
• Rasovetro 55s glass doors – Featuring minimal aluminum profiles and satin-finish glass, enhancing natural light and interior fluidity.
• Lightweight partitions and architectural separations – Executed in oak and American walnut, these solutions ensure visual openness and material continuity.
• Custom boiserie – Designed to elevate the artisanal character and uniqueness of each unit, aligning with the refined interior concept.
