In the heart of West Chelsea, one of Manhattan’s most dynamic and creative districts, Private House New York is a luxurious single-family residence defined by refined minimalism and custom design.

Designed by Workshop Design + Architecture, the project was developed with meticulous attention to detail, extending from the private garage to the panoramic rooftop. High-end finishes and premium Italian materials contribute to an atmosphere of understated elegance and architectural precision.

Warm earthy tones visually connect all rooms and facilitate fluid transitions between spaces and across the different levels of the home.
