Originally designed by renowned architect Emery Roth in the early 20th century, this luxury boutique hotel underwent an elegant transformation led by Perkins Eastman.
The renovation reinterprets the building’s classical opulence into a refined modern language through the sophisticated use of materials, furnishings, colors, and finishes. The result is a warm and elegant atmosphere that makes The Quin an iconic destination in the New York hospitality scene.
With 200 guest rooms, a restaurant, a spa, a business center, and a permanent art gallery, The Quin is a multifunctional space dedicated to wellness, culture, and upscale accommodation.
For this project, Lualdi supplied custom wooden sliding doors designed specifically for the guest rooms. These solutions ensure aesthetic continuity with the interior while delivering seamless functionality in spaces defined by high standards of comfort and design.
