The redevelopment project for Palazzo Dal Verme, a 15th-century building now owned by Reale Immobili S.p.A., with one of the most iconic inner courtyards in Milan, resulted in the creation of “ready to live” apartments intended for Luxury Rent, with an interior design project developed by Contract District Group.
Lualdi contributed by supplying doors and partition systems for the various residential units.
Glass was the material of choice, featured in the installation of Shoin sliding systems between the living area and the kitchen, as well as in the corridors – characterised by transparent bronze surfaces and aluminium profiles in a matching tone. The same product is used in all bathroom areas, in a single-door version with satin finish, serving as a divider between the sanitary fixtures and washbasin areas.
For the entrances, the Wall&Door partition system was chosen to create storage spaces while maintaining the visual continuity of the walls, leading to the bedrooms. Lastly, one of the brand’s most iconic models, the Rasoline 55s flush-to-wall door, was integrated into mirror-finish panelling supplied by the client, to close off the service rooms.
