Torre Milano is a modern residential complex situated between Isola and Maggiolina, just steps from Porta Nuova—one of Milan’s most vibrant districts. Designed by Beretta Associati and developed by Impresa Rusconi and Storm.it, the project draws inspiration from Milanese architectural traditions, adapting them to contemporary living standards.

The 23-story tower houses 105 residences, from one-bedroom apartments to duplexes, combining interior comfort with functional outdoor spaces. The development includes exclusive amenities such as a swimming pool, children’s play area, co-working space, gym, panoramic rooftop, and private garden, enhancing the residential experience.

For this prestigious project, Lualdi supplied a curated selection of doors and bespoke solutions, combining design sophistication and architectural integration.

• Rasomuro flush-to-the-wall swing doors, in both chalk white matte lacquer finish and custom raw finish, ensuring seamless wall integration and a minimalist aesthetic.
• Rasovetro glass swing doors, custom-built to a height of 3.5 meters, enhancing vertical proportions and natural light diffusion.
• Pocket sliding doors, ensuring fluid transitions between rooms while optimizing space efficiency.
• Wall&Door partition system, designed in Canaletto walnut, seamlessly connecting living areas while maintaining a sophisticated architectural continuity.
• Shoin, L7, and L7 Plus, premium glass sliding doors, offering a refined interplay of transparency, privacy, and spatial flow.
