On 17 October, in the setting of the new Lualdi showroom on Madison Avenue in New York, Ring, the new sculptural handle designed by Atelier Gulla, has made its international debut. An object that transcends its practical function to become both a statement of style and a form of art: the handle as the first point of contact with the living space, capable of transforming an everyday gesture into a tactile and visual experience that combines aesthetics and functionality.
The result of a collaboration with the Icelandic-born, California-based architect known for her dynamic use of fluid and sensual shapes, Ring brings the studio’s poetic language of movement and organicity into Lualdi’s world. A synthesis of poetry and the formal language of function, this piece showcases the brand’s ability to transform the intuition of creatives and designers into tangible works through technical expertise and artisanal sensibility.
