COMPETENZE

We are looking for someone with a track record of progressive growth and development in the duties that characterise technical and production environments. The multi-faceted and broad-ranging nature of this consolidated experience will be considered a primary and distinctive requirement.

As a minimum, they must:

• have excellent inter-personal and leadership skills;
• have consolidated experience in site management;
• have advanced knowledge of ERP software;
• have strong and consolidated experience with techniques for improving productive efficiency;
• have the ability to analyse data, plan complex activities, manage budgets and assess results;
• be a natural problem solver and willing to take on risks and responsibilities;

PLUS (not mandatory):

• Use of 3D CAD and/or CAM programs
• Experience with Tesy software (Gemo, TMes, TLog)
