For the construction of this private residence in Qingdao, a Chinese city in the province of Shandong overlooking the Yellow Sea, Lualdi oversaw the implementation of a turnkey project covering over 1000 square metres, for which the company supplied the doors, wall panelling, false ceilings,  and dividers throughout.
