Built in the 1920s, this building is part of the Veronese architectural tradition championed by Ettore Fagiuoli. Located in West Chelsea, one of Manhattan’s liveliest neighborhoods, it is a luxury single-household building with a minimalist design style. Planned  in meticulous detail, from the garage to the spectacular rooftop, it features sumptuous  Italian materials and finishes and bespoke furnishings. Rich earthy colours link the spaces together to create uniformity, ensure smooth transitions from one room to the next, and consistency between the floors.
